We offer structured training programs across HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, and CrossFit, designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and develop new skills. Whether you’re here to train hard, learn something new, or stay consistent, there’s a program for you.

We use programming from PRVN and Starr Strength and Performance, with all workouts trackable through the SugarWOD app.

programs

  • This program is best suited to athletes (of any level) just starting out, returning to training, or looking for a high-intensity post-work session.

    Sessions feature bodyweight movements, cardio, and plyometrics, all structured in an interval-style format.

    There are no barbell or gymnastics movements in this class.

  • For athletes (of any level) wanting to improve strength, conditioning, and body composition without the added complexity of Olympic lifting or gymnastics skills.

    The strength component focuses on core barbell movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses.

    The conditioning component is built around dumbbell work and ergs, delivering effective, high-intensity sessions.

    This program does not include technical Olympic lifts such as the clean & jerk or snatch, and does not feature gymnastics movements.

  • This program is suited to beginner athletes that are slightly unhinged all the way through to advanced athletes.

    Expect a mix of powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, cardio, plyometrics, ropes, and everything in between. Every movement can be scaled, making the class suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

    This is our coaches’ favourite program - and the true home of the Precision cult-ure.

    The lingo…

    AMRAP – As Many Reps As Possible within a set time frame.

    FOR TIME – Complete the workout as quickly as possible.

    EMOM – Each Minute On the Minute. Complete a set number of reps at the start of every minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for the prescribed time.

    CHIPPER – Longer endurance-style workouts involving high reps across one or multiple movements, usually with a time cap.

    RX1 – Scaled / Beginner

    RX2 – As prescribed / Standard

    RX3 – Advanced
